Triad's Staircase Assembly Clamp, will accommodate up to 16 risers at a max width of 50 inches. It provides an assembly jig for staircase assembly.
The unit is fitted with air-operated clamping cylinders to securely hold the stringers, treads and risers in position for glue and wedge application.
Treads and risers are hand fed into position. Seven side retaining members are mounted on each side and are so positioned to allow for two or three nails to be inserted through the stringers into the treads.
